Edinburgh Festival 2003

As now appears to have become tradition, Ruth and I took a long (four day) weekend over the bank holiday weekend at the end of August to catch up with folk, drink beer and enjoy the tail end of the festival.
I love Edinburgh - we arrived at avout 11:30pm on Thursday evening, and still were able to go out for a beer, see a show, go for a few more beers and stagger home at 5am. A full night out having only arrived after closing time for English pubs!

2003-08-21_Edinburgh_Festival_0017.jpg Steve and Ruth. Again, I don't know what tickled her fancy, but I suspect Steve just accidentally ate a whole bitter lemon.

2003-08-21_Edinburgh_Festival_0035.jpg Hmmm, from shocked to sheepish, and Ray still looks like the cat that got the cream!!!
