Ruth and I took a break from the rat-race of life in the South of England to enjoy the tranquility of the west coast of Scotland. Here are some pictures from our week!

On the first night we were there we managed to get out in the boat and catch some Mackerel - here's Ruth with one (of 5) she caught....
